I highly recommend the Alternate Rain team! They installed the sprinkler system at our house and did a fantastic job! They were extremely knowledgeable, worked with me to determine the location of my controller, and took the time to answer my questions! The biggest thing for me was they were very considerate of the drain tile I had already laid in place. They took the time to hand dig the sprinkler lines where it crossed my drains and even helped me make some adjustments to a couple drains so that they drained properly. Everyone was very nice and extremely professional! I truly appreciate everything they did for me! Highly recommend! Thank you!

At spring startup of my system, I noticed a leak at the back flow preventer. I called several companies in town, they are booked out at least a month. I happened to see "Alternate Rain" company trucks doing an install on a new home, I stopped by to talk to them and ask if they do repairs. Troy, the owner’s son was professional and helpful. He showed me what parts I needed and tried to talk me through the repair myself. I was not successful, so I called the office and scheduled the repair to be done in just a matter of days. I was so impressed that they have found a new customer in Bennington.

When we had the line moved, the owner came out to my house and gave me a free estimate and explained to me in detail what we needed to be done. He told me the cost would not be above a certain amount and, sure enough, it wasn't. If you want a company that is honest, reliable, and easy to work with, Alternate Rain is a great option.
